Vegan Thanksgiving Class
Tired of box after box of Tofurky as you cycle through the holidays as a vegan? Fear not! Chef Jack Middleton has got your back and in this class he will show you how to create a Vegan GF banquet that will have your friends and family begging you to cook for the next holiday. Got any potlucks to go to this fall? This class will make you into an autumn potluck Jedi. We’re going to get into some seriously hearty and tasty vegan dishes.
-Orange cranberry sauce
-Dreamy vegan mashed potatoes
-Maple bacon and brussels
-Butternut squash and apple Soup
-Harvest salad w/ Creamy Pear vinaigrette
-Vegan Apple pie
-Salted caramel pumpkin cheesecake
