In this intimate group cooking class we will explore different options for how to cook alkaline meals for the winter season that are both healthy and delicious. I’ll be teaming up with Susan Stephens from Liberated Living, who is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a live blood cell analyst. Together were going bring you to where health meets flavour in this fun, engaging and tasty workshop!

Arrival and Parking:
– The class will start at 6pm please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time
– My address is 270 MacNab st N, Hamilton
– There is free street parking on MacNab st, Murray st and Stuart st. Do not park in the small parking lot at the corner of MacNab and James because it is privately owned and you may be ticketed.
What to bring:
-All you need for this workshop is a willingness to learn and a desire to eat well and have fun. Everything else is taken care of for you.
You can expect:
-To be at the class from 6-9pm
-To eat a full meal while at the class (we won’t eating until later in the evening so make sure to have a snack before you come!)
-To be working in an intimate group making yummy plant based recipes
-To receive a copy of the recipes via email after the class
-To all clean up together
-To learn about alkalinity and the benefits of eating alkaline foods and of course.. how to prepare them!!
