When I first transitioned to a vegan diet I fell in love with the Buddha Bowl. It is one of the most important styles of dishes to have in your plant based tool belt. The key to making delicious bowls that keep you coming back for more, is to have lots of sauces and great toppings that you can throw together quickly. In this class I’m going to teach you how to prepare them my way and I’m going to give you my best sauces and toppings that will take a bowl of quinoa and veggies to the next level!
