In this fun and very hands on class we’re going to prepare a fully vegan (and gluten free) Indian feast from the ground up. If you like Indian food and want to learn how to make the vegan high-lights from this amazing cuisine or are just looking to expand your repertoire of plant based recipes then this is the class for you.

NOTE TO ALL RETURNING STUDENTS: The cost of the “Feast style classes” at Planted has increased by $5 to accommodate the recently increased cost to rent the space. Thank you for your understanding.

In this class you can expect to:

-Receive a demo of knife skills and cooking techniques relevant to Indian cooking
-Work hands on prepping and cooking plant based Indian dishes
-Be lead through the experience by a Red Seal Chef with a passion for plant based eating
-Learn about various Indian spices
-Sit down for a full meal with a group of like-minded people
-Get all the recipes to take home with you
-Have fun, laugh and learn

Parking: There is ample FREE parking in the Corktown Plaza parking lot. The spots that are free are the ones located directly in front of a business. If you park in other spots in the parking lot you may be ticketed.

When:

-Sunday January 27th @5pm (overflow date is: Sunday February 10th @5pm)
-Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time. The class will run from 5pm-9pm-ish

What you need to bring:

-Take-out containers in case of left overs (containers will not be provided)
-Any beverages you may want to consume with dinner (alcoholic or otherwise)
-Your brilliant self and a willingness to learn and eat!
