Vegan Meal Prep Master Class
Do you want to learn how to learn how to meal prep effectively? Want to know the recipes make your vegan life easy? Want to get your and your kitchen running like a well oiled machine so that you’re never stuck with an empty fridge again?
Then this class is DEFINITELY for you. In this very hands on class, Chef Jack Middleton will walk you through the steps he takes to make sure that his kitchen is always stocked with delicious foods for any time of day, by teaching you batch size recipes that are perfect for this cooler time of year.
All the dishes in this class are vegan and gluten free. They are easy to prep ahead in big batches and most of them freeze very well!
There are only 12 spots so registration is LIMITED!
