Curry Chickpea Salad Sandwich

Instructions
  1. Open and drain the cans of chickpeas and put the chickpeas into a mixing bowl.
  2. Chop your celery, onion, and dates and combine all ingredients except the bread into the mixing bowl with the chickpeas and stir until it's all mixed together.
  3. Toast your bread and top with 4 Tbsp of the chickpea salad and whatever toppings you like!
