Vegan Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Instructions
  1. Fill a pot half way with water and place on the stove on high.
  2. Combine chocolate chips and condensed milk in mixing bowl and place on top of saucepan to create a double boiler. Let the chocolate melt, stirring occasionally.
  3. While the chocolate is melting, chop your nuts and line your pan with a piece of parchment.
  4. When the chocolate chips are fully melted, mix in your nuts and vanilla and then scrape the mixture into the pan lined with parchment. Set aside in the freezer for an hour to set and then cut into 12 small squares.
