Ultimate Vegan Brunch Class
This class is an ode to delicious our favourite egg based dishes. Some vegans mourn the loss of the egg on their breakfast plate, others have fond memories of runny eggs-benny’s on Christmas morning, others are still searching for how to make the PERFECT tofu scramble. In this vegan brunch class we will cover some breakfast/brunch classics made vegan and Chef Jack Middleton will serve you up a 6-course brunch tasting menu that will leave you excited to get out of bed in the morning!
This is a demo/tasting-style class where Chef Jack will feed you a series of sample dishes and walk you through the important aspects of each recipe and will demonstrate the preparation of a couple of the recipes.

Enter through the west doors (doors closest to Riflerange Rd). As soon as you pass through the double doors you’ll see a staircase slightly to the right. Take those stairs up to the second floor and you will arrive at the community room.
Parking: There is ample parking in the Fortino’s parking lot.
Saturday November 17th 2018 @ 6pm (Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time)
