Veganuary Meal Prep Master Class

Do you want to learn how to learn how to meal prep effectively? Want to know the recipes make your vegan life easy? Want to get your and your kitchen running like a well oiled machine so that you’re never stuck with an empty fridge again?

Then this class is DEFINITELY for you. In this very hands on class, Chef Jack Middleton will walk you through the steps he takes to make sure that his kitchen is always stocked with delicious foods for any time of day, by teaching you both hearty and fresh, batch size recipes that are perfect for this cooler time of year.

All the dishes in this class are vegan and gluten free. They are easy to prep ahead in big batches and most of them freeze very well!

In this class you can expect to:

-Learn tips and strategies to become an adept vegan “meal prepper”
-Get hands on experience prepping and cooking plant based recipes
-Be lead through the experience by a trained Chef with a passion for plant based eating
-Sit down for a full meal
-Get all the recipes to take home with you
-Connect with like-minded plant eaters

Parking: There is ample FREE parking in the Corktown Plaza parking lot. The spots that are free are the ones located directly in front of a business.

When:
Sunday January 13th AND Sunday January 20th @5pm (Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time). The class will run from 5pm-9pm.

What you need to bring:
Just your brilliant self and a willingness to learn and eat!

You are more than welcome to BYOB if you’d like to have a drink during the class/dinner!
