Thai Cooking Class


When: Thursday, April 15th at 6:30PM

In this class, Chef Jack Middleton will walk you through how to make a deliciously light and fresh Thai-inspired dinner right in the comfort of your own kitchen. In this class, there will be a focus on knife skills and how to chop different Thai ingredients with ease. Chef Jack will also speak to the wonderful ways in which flavour profiles express themselves within Thai cooking. This class will teach you how to get the most out of this wonderful cuisine that lends itself so well to plant-based eaters.
